Will I need a visa to enter Costa Rica?

US nationals, citizens of Canada and Europe do not require an entry visa to Costa Rica. However, you must have a current valid passport and a return ticket to exit Costa Rica within 90 days.

There are currently no immunization requirements for travelers entering Costa Rica directly from the US, Europe, or Canada.

How experienced in yoga and meditation do I need to be?  How fit do I need to be?

Our yoga and meditation sessions are designed to accommodate all levels and experience. The more often you practice between now and our adventure the more you will receive from our journey.
A reasonable level of physical fitness is recommended. We will be active but not overly strenuous. The retreat center is at an altitude of approximately 4000 ft (1200 m).

I have dietary restrictions; can you accommodate me?

Meals at the retreat center will be primarily organic vegetarian and accommodate a variety of dietary needs.

What is the payment schedule and cancelation policy?

Payment Schedule:
A $500 deposit secures your reservation
50% of Total Payment is due by January 1, 2023
100% of Total Payment is due by March 1, 2023
Cancelation / Refund Policy:
Before January 1, 2023                           Total Payment minus $300 refunded
January 1 to March 1, 2023                    Total Payment minus $300 x 50%                       
After March 1, 2023                                  No Refund
