US nationals, citizens of Canada and Europe do not require an entry visa to Costa Rica. However, you must have a current valid passport and a return ticket to exit Costa Rica within 90 days.

There are currently no immunization requirements for travelers entering Costa Rica directly from the US, Europe, or Canada.

Our yoga and meditation sessions are designed to accommodate all levels and experience. The more often you practice between now and our adventure the more you will receive from our journey. A reasonable level of physical fitness is recommended. We will be active but not overly strenuous.
