We’re all just walking each other home.
~Ram Dass
Last week was very full! Went from helping with a play in NYC, to the Full Moon Fire Ceremony at Lachat Farm, to leading the weekend retreat in Redding. It was all great and a bit exhausting, but in a good way.
I so appreciate facilitating transformative experiences. The retreats, which I haven’t been able to conduct in almost two years are particularly special. Over the course of whatever time we have together, we explore varying techniques of yoga, meditation, breath work, dialogue, and rest to pull back the layers of misunderstanding and blocks which keep us from knowing our true selves. We authentically connect to ourselves and others in meaningful ways, which remind us we are we not alone, and are actually quite ok as we are, even when it doesn’t always feel that way.
Several commented afterwards:
“I appreciate how quickly I connected with the other participants and how warm and understanding they were.”
“I loved the opportunity to go deep as well as the chance to just relax and be.”
“I value and trust your guidance and will encourage my friends to attend the next one with me.”
“I loved the place and the food!”
To everyone who has come to class, an event, or retreat, I offer my deep, heartfelt gratitude for supporting me on my journey, facilitating my unfolding, and allowing me to share my gifts.
Namaste
