Sunday Morning Yoga
Join us at beautiful Compo Beach Park in Westport Connecticut for an exploration of ourselves and our environment.
We are deeply grateful to be able to gather and practice at this wonderful venue for the 2023 summer season.
We’ll practice yoga, meditation, conscious breathing, and connect to the elements of earth, water, sun, air, and ether.
We’ll share stories and meet like-hearted souls.
Sunday mornings
8:30 to 9:30 AM
All are welcome, however a Beach Permit Sticker or Day Pass is required to park a car at any of the beach lots. For those without a sticker who would like to join us, a carpool is being organized. Please contact Greg for carpool information. Class will be cancelled if hard rain is imminent.
